1. Acceptance of the terms

By creating an account or using Shrt ("we", "our service"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. What the service is

Shrt is a link shortener: you submit a URL and receive a short link that redirects to the destination you provided. The service is provided "as is" and may include a free plan with usage limits. The website displays third-party ads; short links redirect straight to the destination, with no ads along the way.

3. Disclaimer

Shrt is not responsible for server problems, unavailability or instability of the website, data loss, failures of third parties (such as cloud providers, DNS or Google's sign-in service) or any other reason that prevents the service from working normally, temporarily or permanently. We do our best to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee continuous availability or the absence of errors.

You are also solely responsible for the content of the links you create and for the destination pages they point to. Using Shrt to distribute illegal content, malware, phishing, spam or any material that infringes the rights of third parties or Brazilian law is prohibited.

4. Your account

Sign-up is done with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure. For security, each Shrt account allows only one active session at a time: signing in on a new device automatically ends the previous session.

5. Plans, billing and cancellation

Shrt is free, with the limits shown on the pricing page. There are no charges and no paid plan at this time. If a paid plan is offered in the future, these Terms will be updated beforehand, and subscribing will always be optional.

The limits apply only to creating new links: under no circumstances will links you have already created stop redirecting because of them.

6. Account removal and suspension

The Shrt administrator may suspend, deactivate or remove any user's account at any time, without prior notice, especially in case of misuse, violation of these Terms or applicable law, or for operational reasons.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.

8. Language, governing law and contact

These terms are a translation of the Portuguese version, which prevails in case of any discrepancy. They are governed by Brazilian law. Questions can be sent to ziptech.br@gmail.com.
